Meet the Founder
Hello! My name is Andrew Bethel and I am an estate planning attorney in Southern California and the founder of Atlas Law Review. I have been working in the legal field for over 13 years and have been a licensed attorney for 2 years.
I was always dissatisfied with bar review courses and programs while attending law school. I worked full time while attending night classes and paying my way. The thought of paying hundreds or thousands of dollars on top of that to simply sit through more online lectures and take the same practice tests I can get elsewhere always irked me. This was especially the case when my classmates would tell me about the programs they took. My thought was, "Why should I pay large amounts of money for something I'll be doing anyway and doing it better at that?" With that, I created all of my own outlines, grabbed as many free practice tests I could find, and just powered through it.
The result: passing the California Bar Exam on the first attempt without spending a cent on bar review courses. My goal with Atlas Law Review is to empower others with the tools needed to become a lawyer without breaking the bank or being in a timed one-size-fits-all box.
